MONEY MAKES THE WORLD GO ROUND- How We Organize Ourselves
Final Project "Mercatino" - in groupsof 4, students developed an idea for something to make using materials. They decided on the quantity of materials needed and the price, then presented their "business plan" to the bank and were approved (or sent to re-evaluate and then approved) for a small business loan to make their articles to sell. They purchased their materials and created their products. Thursday morning we had the market with all of the third grade in which the students sold their wares. We then reflected on the whole process. It was a very interesting experience for all.
