Spelling – The suffixes -able and –ible
Rules:
1. A suffix is a group of letters added at the end of a word to change its meaning.
2. The suffixes –able and –ible mean “able to be” and are usually adjectives.
3. For a word that ends in e, drop the e before adding the suffix
4. There are exceptions to this rule such as : changeable, knowledgeable and noticeable
