Starting our classroom Economy - students are paid for coming to school, doing homework, doing their classroom jobs, cleaning up. They arepaid weekly but must also pay their bills. They will be able to make choices aboutsaving, spending or giving their money (this part is coming up next week)
In ICT - choosing a country and researching a their currency, practicing typing using Mavis Beacon as well (the school's typing program so that they learn to type correctly with proper typing fingers)
Jack and the Beanstalk trade and bartering lesson with Mr. Ronen who is collaborating on this unit and will be coming in to teach a lesson every Thursday afternoon
