Race at Caracalla - three students from our class went to participate in running races at Terme di Caracalla. They were selected because they were the fastest in third grade (with another student in 3C) during the timed run in PE class - congratulations

I will send copies of the target setting forms home with students when we get back from the break.

Break Assignments: -

1. Reading Log - Please read aloud with your child for 15 minutes - see letter in the LOG - children should have logged some reading at least 5 times this week with two being their banded books aloud to an adult - as usual
2. Reading JOURNAL - students write a letter to me using three sentence starters - please see journal for further explanation
3. Work on learning the 3 and 4 times tables. If you already know them, you may move on to working on the 6, 7, 8, 9, 11 or 12 times tables!
